Trophy for Crocadon Farm by Martha Wiles


This trophy is hand built using foraged Leceistershire clay, using a food waste based ash glaze with gold lustre details.

Martha Wiles is a ceramist and illustrator. She responds to relationships built between the community of people dedicated to reducing food waste in Manchester. To celebrate their work, Martha creates trophies and medals to engage audiences to begin positive conversations about food waste and regenerative agriculture.

This trophy celebrates the work of chef Dan Cox at Crocadon Farm for his exciting work that demonstrates a Michelin Star restaurant that can work a full circle system that looks after the soil and the planet, going beyond zero waste.
