This beautiful small hand thrown blue bowl is adorned with a homely winter scene by Julia Smith.
Julia’s glaze colours are reminiscent of seascapes with light reflected on the water or mist rolling in. Her drawings of mountains, forests, animals and trees are recreated as decals and fired on top of the glazes. Her illustrated earthenware ceramics are intended to be used and enjoyed every day.
