Fragments necklace by Sarah Packington


Architecturally inspired asymmetric necklace with three sections of charcoal, opal white and textured dyed clear acrylic. On a 18 inch clear nylon covered stainless steel cable necklet with a silver bolt ring catch.

Available in blue,black and white.

Sarah Packington uses striking colour combinations and textile inspired textures in her jewellery design. She is particularly inspired by Mid Century designers Lucienne Day, Jacqueline Groag and Jessie Tait, and always considers how her jewellery will work to enhance an outfit.

Pieces are cut using a laser cutter or bandsaw to create the initial shapes, then texture, dye, and finally a polish back are added to reveal coloured lines and blocks contrasted with clear or white areas.
