Rachael House

Rachael House is a UK-based multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans drawing, ceramics, performance, zines, comics and print. Her work is rooted in queer, feminist and trans-inclusive politics, using art to challenge prejudice, celebrate solidarity and imagine more joyful, inclusive ways of living together.

For we flourish we blossom, House presents a new series of ceramic platters and a genderqueer deity. Featuring her own aphorisms surrounded by recurring symbols including cats, trees of life, gender symbols and protective daisywheel motifs the works invite reflection on community, resilience and collective care. Rich in symbolism and humour, House’s ceramics celebrate resistance, belonging and the power of shared joy.
