£125.00
Handmade glass cyanotype wall panel by Verity Pulford. The perfect addition to your home and hangs elegantly on the wall using the fixing which is attached to each panel.
This piece depicts 'Crataegus Monogyna' or Hawthorn hedging, which is a fast-growing, deciduous native hedge plant, also known as May Flower. It is a green wall panel.
Verity Pulford lives and works in rural North Wales and takes her inspiration from the surrounding environment!
She is interested in the complexity of life- how within each organism are other organisms, each living its own unique existence, layer upon layer of complexity yet a universal oneness, the feeling that we are all the same thing- a system, in communion, a beautiful symphony.
She likes to combine techniques- cast, pate de verre, kiln formed, painted, etched and also found natural materials in her work. Verity plays with ideas of magical realism- creating her own forms inspired by or combining different plants and organisms.
Each Cyanotype comes individually boxed - this is one of a series of 4 green cyanotype glass wall panels by Verity Pulford we have at Bluecoat Display Centre - why not buy more than one to create a display in your home.
